At Bhilai, Manufacturing Unit I rolls structural sections. Unit II began commercial fabrication and galvanising operations in September 2026. The Berla rolling unit is proposed, not part of our operating capacity.

Four connected
stages.

Rolling, fabrication, galvanising and inspection are distinct stages; the route depends on the order.

  1. 01

    Rolling

    Billets are checked, reheated, descaled and passed through rolling stands to form the required section.

    Fabrication

    At the September 2026 filing date, our identified in-house steps were straightening and cutting. Other fabrication stages are not stated here as current in-house services.

    Galvanising

    Steel surfaces are prepared before a molten-zinc bath provides corrosion protection.

    Inspection

    Final checks cover rolled products, fabricated parts and galvanised coatings before dispatch.
